Our first highlight is Sagoshi Saikyo Yaki, lightly grilled Spanish Mackeral perched on sweetened miso-based marinade and topped with fresh chopped greens for a picturesque flourish. A palate-pleasing combination of sweet and savoury.’
Next, we have Asari Sakura Somen, a cooling serving of seasonal somen served in a dark broth. Enjoy the pleasant contrast of light somen against the bold flavours of the asari clams, washing it down with a refreshing sip of CHOYA plum wine.
